Eat high calorie, high protein meal – When your muscle is stimulated you need to eat enough protein and carbohydrates to repair the muscle that you have built. It is good to eat 1 gram of protein per 1 pound of bodyweight. By doing this, you can make sure that your body is getting enough protein to build muscle fast. Also make sure to consume sufficient carbohydrate. Carbohydrates have a protein sparing effect and carbohydrates also provide fuel for your workouts.
Get enough rest – if your training and nutrition is right, you have to make sure that you are getting enough rest. The muscle building process happens when you are sleeping. Make sure that you sleep at least 8 hours every night
