Build muscle fast

Many people want to build muscle fast but they don’t realize that to build muscle fast, a person should follow the correct workout routine and also follow the right nutrition plans.
It is said that bodybuilding and muscle building is 50% nutrition and 50% training. What’s the point of training and not feeding the muscles with the correct amino acids and protein?
So if you want to build muscles fast, you should make sure that you do the following:

Stimulate Muscle growth - How do you stimulate Muscle growth? You can stimulate muscle growth by training hard and heavy. You have to lift heavy weights that will shock your muscles to grow. Some people recommend doing exercises in 8 to 12 repetitions range. This is the right way to train however occasionally you should also lift some heavy weights and can also do 1 repetition max. This will increase your power and more power means more muscles growth. When your power increased, you will lift heavy weights and this will increase your muscle provided your nutrition is right.
Eat high calorie, high protein meal – When your muscle is stimulated you need to eat enough protein and carbohydrates to repair the muscle that you have built. It is good to eat 1 gram of protein per 1 pound of bodyweight. By doing this, you can make sure that your body is getting enough protein to build muscle fast. Also make sure to consume sufficient carbohydrate. Carbohydrates have a protein sparing effect and carbohydrates also provide fuel for your workouts.

Get enough rest – if your training and nutrition is right, you have to make sure that you are getting enough rest. The muscle building process happens when you are sleeping. Make sure that you sleep at least 8 hours every night
