Tuesday/Arms, shoulders
Wednesday/ Thigh, hamstring, calves

Repeat the same routine from Thursday to Friday and rest on Sunday
For people who are busy, it is a good idea to train one body part once a week. So if you want to train only one body part, you can use the following workout routine:
Monday/Chest
Tuesday/back
Wednesday/Arms
Thursday/legs
Friday/Shoulders
